"I was surprised to hear that in Washington, D.C. they view the race between first-term Republican Congressman Dave Reichert and Democratic challenger Darcy Burner as a toss-up. I would have thought incumbency and the fact that the Dems had not been able to attract a more experienced, better-known candidate were signs Reichert was in pretty good shape.
