Progressive Democrats of Washington: Gather on 9/24 in DC

"Many of us are planning to be in Washington DC for the antiwar demonstration on September 24th. It's been suggested that we march together under a PDA Washington Banner, and with PDA members from all over the nation. If you are planning to be there for the "Main Event", please join PDA'ers from across the country as we gather on Saturday between 14th and 15th Streets, on the Constitution Ave. side of the mall between 10 and 10:30 a.m. (Look for us at the corner of 14th St. and Constitution-- on the mall side!) If anyone else has already made arrangements for a banner, please let me know quickly. Otherwise I'll order a banner made on Tuesday. While we're in DC, I'd like to find a time when we can meet together to do some strategizing for our state as well. I hope that you'll be staying over for PDA's Grassroots Strategy Day . There will be an opportunity for us to gather and talk there. If you can't make Washington DC, I hope you'll participate in the events planned around our own state in protest of the invasion and occupation. In Peace and Solidarity, Judith Shattuck, 425 830 2323, implacablepatriot@hotmail.com."
