Howie P.S.: Former Colin Powell aide Lawrence Wilkerson describes Cheney as a man who "lives in fear." Wilkerson says Cheney is scared right now and is trying to lay out some sort of defense. According to Wilkerson, Cheney's defense "doesn't hold water."
