GRITtv: "Media Roundtable, Socialism in America, and The Corporal’s Diary" (video)

GRITtv, video (26:00):
Fox news, not surprisingly, continues to spout misinformation about the Employee Free Choice Act. As that key issue approaches a certain battle in Congress we look at the media coverage so far. Also, the Republican Party makeover. Has it worked? And Jim Cramer versus Jon Stewart. Have we learned anything about the way the media cover business?

Nation contributor Ari Melber, Isabel Macdonald, Communications Director of Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, comedian Lee Camp, and comic and actor Janeane Garofalo on today’s media roundtable.

And we talk to Barbara Ehrenreich about the other bete noire of the American media establishment: socialism. Finally, this week's Got Docs?, The Corporal's Diary, video self portraits of soldiers in Iraq.

Thanks to Carlan Tapp and for video in tonight’s show.

Howie P.S.: The Media Roundtable runs (26:00), stay tuned for the rest of the show.
