Stephen Colbert takes a sardonic swing at Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-IL), chair of the Democratic Caucus, who recently urged new Congressional Democrats to avoid potentially risky appearances on 'The Colbert Report.'

"Apparently, Emanuel, who's got a bit of a reputation as a tough guy," says Colbert, "thinks my 'Better Know a District' series could threaten could threaten the Democratic stranglehold.

"Hey, I don't blame him," Colbert continues. "He's just playing politics. He's got to answer to his left-wing constituents. After all, his district in Illinois is home to the 'Institute for Homosexual Abortionist Studies and Massage Therapy.'"
