Hillary's Lead is 13% in New National Poll
Howie intro: I'm not a poll wonk, so please tell me what this means/doesn't mean:
Howie, it means that Hillary leads by 13% (although the numbers seem to indicate 12%) among 482 adults that called themselves Democrats. Too wonky an answer for ya? ;^)

She had been up by a lot more in another recent poll by the same group. Does this mean Hillary is sliding downwards?
