Senator Feingold's approach recognizes the reality that this administration will not listen to the American people, to the Iraq Study Group, to Congress, to our allies in the region or the world. Non-binding resolutions stating the political opposition to escalation, to the continuation of this catastrophic occupation, are politically important, but won't end the war.
