In spite of noises and a letter he signed earlier, our 7th District Congressman did not vote "yes" in support of further examination of the Ohio misdeeds. In fairness, he may be on a "fact-finding trip" somewhere and wasn't present. Maybe he's showing Kerry around Bagdad, a city Jim has visited previously. Here's the Honor Roll from the House vote.
