As the U.S. Senate was voting narrowly to approve President Obama's economic stimulus package today, the nation's chief executive was in Florida holding his second town hall meeting in as many days. What's clear from his town halls -- not to mention last night's prime time press conference -- is that Obama is well aware of the danger of the perception of a chief executive bunkered in Washington. His town hall tour this week is designed to show him as an active and aggressive advocate for the American people -- always a good image to have.Howie P.S.
