"After the speech, Dean refused to answer questions about whether he has decided to enter the expanding field of candidate for chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Update: ADAM NAGOURNEY, the NY Times reporter every Deaniac loves to hate, offers this on today's speech: "Howard Dean Runs Again. But for What? Stay Tuned."
