Dean Webcast at 9 AM Today

"Governor Dean will lay out a vision for the future of the Democratic Party today at noon Eastern in Washington, D.C. He will outline not just a direction for our party, but a concrete destination: a party built from the ground up. You can watch live video of the speech today, right here on the Democracy for America site. Click here to test your RealPlayer and ensure that you will be able to view the webcast."-from the Blog for America. Update: Will he or won't he run? He wouldn't say! "After the speech, Dean refused to answer questions about whether he has decided to enter the expanding field of candidate for chairman of the Democratic National Committee. But he clearly can see himself at the helm."-from the AP story, "Dean Urges Dems to Stick to Convictions." Update: ADAM NAGOURNEY, the NY Times reporter every Deaniac loves to hate, offers this on today's speech: "Howard Dean Runs Again. But for What? Stay Tuned." Salon has "Whose party is it anyway?---Harry Reid may be the Democrats' new Senate leader, but this week, blue eyes are on Howard Dean." You have to pay or watch a vodka ad to read it however.
